Talks duration and poster format
Regular talks will be ten minutes long plus two minutes for questions at the end. Speed talks will be five minutes without time for questions. Poster should not exceed A0 measurements in format.
Contributions
Call for abstracts: 15th October.
Deadline for abstract submission: 15th February.
Participants are invited to deliver poster and short oral presentations. The abstract should describe original research clearly explaining its relevance, purpose, methods, results and conclusions. All abstracts must be written in English.
The title of the abstract must not exceed 150 characters, including spaces. It must be written in Calibri, bold and font size 12. The name(s) of the author(s) must be written in Calibri, font size 11. Affiliations and corresponding author’s email must be written in Calibri, font size 10. The abstract text must be in Calibri, font size 11. The main text must not exceed 300 words, including the abstract main text plus the optional acknowledgements. The acknowledgements are limited to a maximum of 30 words. They must be written in Calibri, font size 10. Figures, citations, references and keywords will not be accepted.
The abstract should be sent to the email address: imerp2019@gmail.com. The file format can be .docx, .doc or .odt, and the name of the file must contain the first author’s surname (e.g. López-Martínez.odt). The email subject must include the surname of the corresponding author (e.g. Abstract submission López-Martínez). The corresponding author should be the person presenting the contribution. Finally, the email must also indicate your preferences (poster or oral presentation).
